Rush, rush, wait, rush.....

Further to our Information Memorandum and update from a couple of weeks ago, we just wanted to let you know that we are still waiting for people including HMRC to get back to us. Our RRCN pre-approval application form for SEIS tax relief status was submitted in the middle of October, and it usually takes them 3-4 weeks to process these, so hopefully, we should hear something soon. Please do not be concerned about the closure date of the share offer, as this is dependent on the compliance of two conditions, one of them being the Revenue’s response ref. the SEIS application, so we can easily extend it to suit. We will of course, keep you informed.

In the meantime, Sophie wanted to let you know that Aviva has apologised for any problems in logging on to their community project voting portal for funding applications, which they have now resolved.
